30 60 90 day plan for product managers

A 30 60 90 day plan is a great way to stay focused while giving you the chance to reevaluate at regular intervals. Here's the template I use and have shared with others over the years.

A simple yet effective 30 60 90 day template I’ve used myself as a product manager and with several people I’ve managed. I find it helpful to create a new page for each month in your role and continue to do this every month.
