Guide to Roadmapping - Course Outline
Product roadmapping is challenging. If you want to learn how to create realistic and impactful product roadmaps, then dive into this course.
Welcome to the Guide to Roadmapping! I’m Steedan Crowe, the writer of Roadmap Weekly and an experienced product leader. I’m happy you’ve decided to take a look at this course.
This course aims to help you improve your ability to create effective roadmaps for your product teams, leadership, customers, and directors.
Over the last 10 years, I’ve spent much time and effort learning, testing and perfecting these skills to apply in my work and sharing my learnings with other product managers through coaching. In this workshop, we’ll cover topics like the types of roadmaps, the prioritization and planning process that dictates what makes it onto your roadmap, and getting buy-in on your roadmap.
By implementing these tactics correctly, you can level up your roadmaps, spend less time fighting over priorities, and confidently make plans for the future.
Below is the course outline. Please start at any lesson to begin. This course is new and under development, I will link to more lessons once available.
